igubal® Clevis joint for the food industry

igubal® clevis joints consist of a clevis joint with a pin and retaining ring or spring clip pin. The clevis joints are available for both left-hand and right-hand threads. When combined with igubal® rod ends of the E series, joints are created that are used across various industries, including the food industry, packaging industry, waste disposal technology, automation technology, and the automotive industry.

The clevis joint is made from our metal-detectable material igumid FC. This material is suitable for long-term use at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +90°C. Additionally, it complies with FDA and EU 10/2011 regulations.

When to use it?

• When corrosion resistance is desired
• When no lubrication is required
• When maintenance-free dry running is desired
• When easy assembly is desired
• When combinations with pneumatic cylinders and gas springs are to be realized
• When the bearing must comply with FDA and EU 10/2011 regulations
  

When not to use it?

• When dimensions over 12 mm are required
• When temperatures exceed 90°C
