Triflex® R is a modular, multi-axis cable carrier system designed to guide and protect cables and hoses in robotic applications. The high tensile strength of Triflex® R cable carriers means even applications on six-axis robots with complex configurations are possible.
Like all igus® cable carriers, Triflex® R ensures optimal performance by preventing cables from bending beyond their minimum bend radius. The modular design also enables cables and hoses to be separated, which helps to optimize their service life and minimize the amount of maintenance required.
TRC (the 'C' stands for 'Closed'): This enclosed version protects cables from dirt and hot, flying debris.
Triflex® R is simple to hook together and take apart thanks to the ball-and-socket design.
TRE ('E' stands for E-Z version): Easily push cables in through the flexible opening featured along the length of the cable carrier.
