DryLin® N low profile linear slides

DryLin® N linear slides are extremely low profile. They are suitable for high speeds and accelerations and do not require lubrication or maintenance. Typical applications include those in the medical industry, lab equipment, aerospace engineering, furniture design, and packaging machinery.

DryLin® NK-02-17

Standard, preload and floating bearing

NW 17 = 17 mm (0.67) rail width x 8 mm (0.31) height

N17 is the smallest in the DryLin® N family. Carriages are iglide J with brass mounting bosses and are available in 20 mm (0.78 inch) and 40 mm (1.57 inch) lengths.

NW 17 P (preloaded) The preloaded version of the carriage uses small springs to help remove any clearance between the carriage and the rail, allowing a tighter, more precise fit for many applications.

DryLin® NK-01-27

1. NW-01-27: Standard zinc/plastic carriage with through-hole
2. NW-02-27: Standard zinc/plastic carriage with tapped mounting boss
3. NW-01-27-P/NW-02-27-P: Preloaded for more precise applications
4. NW-11-27/NW-12-27: Over-molded carriages for easy assembly
5. NW-21-27-60-P: Brass/plastic preloaded carriages
6. NW-22-27-60-P: Brass/plastic preloaded with tapped mounts
7. NW-04-27: Over-molded double-length carriages

NW 27 = 27 mm (1.06 inch) rail width x 9.5 mm (0.37 inch) height

The NW-27 series offers several carriage options - from a zinc/plastic combination to all-plastic versions with brass mounting bosses. Carriage lengths vary from 40 mm (1.57 inch), 60 mm (2.36 inch), and 80 mm (3.15 inch).

NW 27 P (preloaded) Through the use of small springs, the preloaded version of the carriage helps to remove any clearance between the carriage and the rail, allowing a tighter, more precise fit for many applications.

DryLin® NK-02-40

1. Standard NW-02-40: Zinc/plastic with tapped mounting hole
2. Standard NW-12-40: Zinc/plastic with tapped mounting boss

Also available (not pictured): Standard NW-01-40: Zinc/plastic with through-hole

NW 40 = 40 mm (1.57 inch) width x 14 mm (0.55 inch) height

The NW-40 series is available in a 50 mm (1.97 inch) carriage length and, like the NW27, is available with either a through hole with a countersink on the underside, or a raised-tapped mounting boss. An over-molded version of the carriage is also available to simplify assembly.

DryLin® NK-02-80

NW 80 = 80 mm (3.15 inch) width x 12 mm (0.47 inch) height

The largest series in the DryLin® N type series offers the potential to take high loads despite a low installation height. Like all other series, the N80 operates without the need for maintenance or lubrication.
