This machine has the task of preparing containers with milk so that samples can be taken and the containers can then be fed back to the main conveyor belt. It is made out of two part systems: the water bath and the basic unit. The plastic containers, which are filled with milk, are first heated up in the water bath. The containers are then fed to the basic unit. The basic unit mixes the containers' contents, then opens all the lids so that milk can be taken for analysis purposes. Once the milk has been taken, all the containers are closed and fed back to the main conveyor belt. Various igus® plain bearings were used here for the guide system.
