This stand carries a welding gun for highly accurate build-up welding of special alloys with smooth drive spindle and lighting.

Requirements for the design were stiffness, low-priced relocation and dirt resistance.

The driving hand wheels are supported on igus® thrust washers. Hardened stainless steel shafts were selected as drive shafts with a roller ring shift.

The lighting (two lamp heads with LEDs) is mounted on igubal® plastic spherical bearings and hence freely moves in a wide area.
